- In Texas, I was a principal in a small homebuilding business building homes and housing developments in Sherman Oaks and Park Village which were award winning in-fill work force villages in Sherman, TX.
- I also served as President of the Grayson County Builders Association in TX, and a term of 6 years as Director and National Director in the National Association of Home Builders.
- I formed a broad based home building company in Oklahoma City OK, building various FHA, VA, FmHA, HUD Urban Renewal, traditional single family homes, duplexes, apartments, and motels. I owned this company and was CEO.
- I have been involved in the construction of over 1250 living units, and am highly proficient in land procurement, zoning, subdivision development, plats, estimating, bidding, code enforcement, awarding of sub-contractors, general construction and development, and project finance.
- More important than statistics, is a reputation of trust and integrity formed between his clients, vendors, sub-contractors, builders and real estate personnel.
- Before going into business for myself, I was associated with three of the largest builder developers in the country; Mulicon Properties, who had developed over 18,000 apartments in the early 1960’s, National Home Corporation which had manufactured over 800,000 homes, and Boise Cascade’s Kingsberrry Division which had manufactured over 250,000 homes.
