Primarily because of the demographics in growth, I have just relocated my business to the White Mountain area of Arizona.  We are contacting you because we need the best suppliers and subcontractors.   I personally have been in the home building industry for over 35 years. We are not looking to be the biggest builders in the area, however, we do want to be the best little home builders in Arizona. We believe that affordable, attractive and quality built housing can be achieved through the cooperation of; innovative designers, city management teams, dedicated skilled subcontractors, quality suppliers, and a concerned builder. We need team members who meet scheduled start dates and do not miss deadlines that do not break promises, and do not incur cost overruns, and members that also believe in the following:
 
  • Experience has proven that GOOD COMMUNICATION is the single most essential factor in improving efficiency and in solving problems, often before they happen. 
  • Profitability for all concerned is highly dependent of a spirit of close cooperation between the subcontractor – the supplier, and the builder.  The builder is responsible for all aspects of construction including; competent and reliable subcontractor and supplier selection, quality control, cost control and timely completion of the project, all of which collectively are his only measure of success. 
  • LET’S KEEP THE LINES OPEN!!! The professional subcontractor or supplier working with UBuild1, should know that no member of the Frank Wright Group, PLLC, Builder’s team is ever too busy to help solve a real problem in order to produce a better quality product.
 
Our business plan for 2010 calls for 10 homes in the last half of the year in Arizona’s White Mountains. 
Submit your initial bid price per square foot on; 1 1/2 bath, 2 ½ - 3 ton, square pitch roof per thousand per your trade or material – this is not binding until review of plans and specs and signing of contract. We are requesting that our associated subcontractors and suppliers give a discount, but fair profit bid on your trade.
 
By working together cooperatively and with professionals, we can achieve our common goal, BUILDING HIGHER PROFITS, WHILE BUILDING AFFORDABLE, ATTRACTIVE AND QUALITY BUILT HOMES. If you are not already working with Frank Wright Group, PLLC, YOU SHOULD BE.
